The company's purpose is to acquire, purchase, sell, administer, and manage interests in all types of companies and enterprises, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the federal law of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE); the company may create subsidiaries or branches in Switzerland and abroad.
