The company's purpose is to hold participations. The company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, hold and manage intellectual property rights, acquire and sell real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or of companies that are directly or indirectly controlled by Mathilda AG in terms of capital and voting rights, or that are directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may conduct financing transactions and provide security for obligations of its shareholders and affiliated companies of the Mathilda AG group, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges, global assignments and security transfers.
