The company's purpose is to operate a medical practice, particularly in the field of ophthalmology. It can also provide the necessary infrastructure to third parties and offer all services related to the operation, as well as the sale of health-promoting products (dispensing of medication). The company can acquire, sell, encumber, and manage real estate, establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, and engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities related to the company's purpose. The company can provide direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, provide security for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved), including by way of pledges, fiduciary transfers, or assignments of the company's assets, or provide guarantees, enter into suretyships, or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of the company or these other companies, whether for consideration or not.
