Regarding stakes in real estate companies based in Switzerland, these will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. Real estate acquisitions in Switzerland will be limited to properties exclusively for commercial use. The Company may: carry out, either for its own account or for third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations (in compliance with the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, partners or third parties.
