Max Fäh-Stiftung

The foundation's purpose is to provide financial support to four families of Swiss nationality, residing in the canton of Basel-Stadt, who have fallen into financial difficulties through no fault of their own (married couples with at least one minor or dependent child in education). The four families are designated annually by the foundation's board. The support is not intended to simply reduce cantonal or federal social benefits, but rather to provide assistance where social benefits are not available or not sufficient, or are not claimed.
