The foundation does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. Its purpose is: a) To provide financial support for the tasks of the Zürcher Tierschutz, Zürichbergstrasse 263, 8044 Zurich, in accordance with the association's statutes. b) To provide financial support for the tasks of Pro Infirmis, a registered association with its registered office at Feldeggstrasse 71, 8008 Zurich, with the proviso that the income from the Pro Infirmis Zurich advisory centre is made available. To this end, the income from the foundation's assets, after deduction of the costs associated with their management and supervision, shall be used as follows: 50% shall be allocated to the Zürcher Tierschutz and 50% to Pro Infirmis.
