The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, administration of shareholdings, management and financing of companies of any kind, in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of real estate participations subject to authorization under the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all movable and immovable property transactions, provide guarantees, act as a guarantor, grant loans to partners or to third parties and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related directly or indirectly thereto.
