The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, participate in all companies or activities in Switzerland and abroad, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant guarantees, make loans or advances to associates or third parties.
