The company's purpose is: - the import, distribution, wholesale and retail sale, both in Switzerland and abroad, of all goods for home and personal equipment; - the acquisition, development, sale and trade of all assets. As a secondary purpose, the company may, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad: - carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all other activities of any kind, notably financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property activities, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose; - create subsidiaries and/or branches; - participate in all companies, negotiate and execute various contracts or commissions; - grant loans or guarantees to its partners and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
