The company's purpose is the management of all real estate affairs, including the purchase, sale, transformation, and renovation of all real estate properties on behalf of third parties or for its own account, with the exception of all real estate operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), as well as all operations related to this branch of activity, promotion, and construction of buildings, and all real estate advisory, management, and brokerage services. The company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad; it may hold shares in any companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with identical or similar objectives, carry out all movable and immovable property transactions, and conclude all contracts aimed at developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
