The company's purpose includes all activities in the field of financial investment, taking of participations and portfolio management, the acquisition, holding, import, export and trade of new and used vehicles and their leasing, as well as the acquisition, sale, holding, management, leasing and enhancement of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (LFAIE). The company may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, securities or real estate operations (excluding all operations prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in any form, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its partners, as a debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this is in its interest.
