The company's purpose is: a) to operate a specialized center for general internal medicine and, more generally, all consulting and advisory activities in the medical field; b) as an ancillary activity, to carry out all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above purpose, as well as to participate in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or third parties.
