a) to hold and manage investments of any kind, tangible or intangible, worldwide, including, but not limited to, investments in listed and/or unlisted shares, securities of any kind, real estate, works of art, precious metals or other commodities, including petroleum products and food products. With regard to participations in real estate companies located in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose buildings are exclusively for commercial use. b) to acquire, alone or in the context of any type of joint agreement with third parties, worldwide, assets or tangible or intangible assets of any kind, including intellectual property rights, patent rights, mining rights and other rights, to manage and/or exploit them, to resell them or to contribute them in any way to other entities or to use them as collateral, through a pledge or otherwise, to raise funds for the purposes of the company or to finance subsidiaries, affiliated companies and/or third parties. c) to provide introduction services for the sale and/or purchase of assets and investments of all kinds worldwide, commercial introductions and intermediations, commercial representations, business consulting services and evaluations. The company may: carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties.
