The purpose of the association is to establish and operate an outpatient medical care center that, in addition to general medical care and paramedical treatments, also serves as a training facility for assistant doctors and other healthcare professionals. In this way, the association makes a sustainable contribution to ensuring integrated basic medical care in the municipality of Oberägeri. To this end, the association may enter into cooperations with educational institutions, healthcare providers, and public and private organizations. It is also authorized to develop, offer, or participate in corresponding projects in the field of integrated medical care. The association may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and invest in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The association may acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing on its own or another's account and provide security for the liabilities of affiliated companies.
