The company may provide management services to all companies affiliated with it. The Company may conclude and/or take advantage of financing of any kind for its own account or for the account of third parties and, in particular, credit or securities operations (including the granting of privileges, assignments and transfers of ownership as security, guarantees, surety contracts, securities, letters of intent, indemnification obligations and economic benefits associated with these operations), for remuneration or free of charge, with, in favor of and/or in relation to the commitments of direct or indirect shareholders, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, even if these financing, credit or coverage operations are in the exclusive interest of direct or indirect shareholders and/or affiliated companies.
