The Medratio Suisse Association fulfills humanitarian tasks in the sense of the principles of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntariness, unity, and universality. It serves sick, needy, and vulnerable people regardless of nationality, ethnic origin, language, faith, social status, or political conviction, as well as medical and health service providers, with the objective of: a) promoting, disseminating, mediating, and continuously improving medical care and prevention of all kinds internationally and nationally, b) fostering international orientation, cooperation, and cohesion among members, c) maintaining the name Medratio, trademarks, copyrights, and related intellectual property rights in the interest of the network, including all combinations and abbreviations, all similar or derived names and logos used in connection with these names, granting usage rights and trading with such rights as deemed expedient, d) carrying out association activities in accordance with the statutes and all other activities related to the aforementioned purposes.
