The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, administration and management of participations in commercial, industrial and real estate companies, with the exception of transactions subject to the authorization regime according to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may, in particular, grant loans and any other form of financing or assistance to its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties (including by granting securities of any kind for their direct or indirect benefit).
