Excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE: the provision of wealth supervision services, as well as the provision of support services in the field of wealth management in general, and all family office-type services. Activities requiring a license to engage in banking or securities trading activities are formally excluded; the acquisition and administration of participations, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in commercial, real estate, hotel, industrial, and financial companies, by acquiring shares, bonds, or other securities, holding claims or in any other suitable form, in Switzerland or abroad. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries; participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them; in general, engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose; process these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties; and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies, or third parties.
