To support and provide services to the subsidiaries of the Mentor Group operating in Switzerland as well as to the French and international companies of the Mentor Group aiming to establish themselves in Switzerland or to follow the activities of Swiss companies. The Company may participate in other companies, as well as acquire, operate, manage and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and may also perform all legal acts that the Company's purpose may imply or that are likely to promote its development or that of the Group's companies. The Company may provide direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it has a direct or indirect interest, whether through loans or other financing, and provide guarantees of any kind. The participation in a company holding real estate in Switzerland is limited to companies that only hold real estate for exclusively commercial purposes; similarly, the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland is limited to real estate for exclusively commercial purposes.
