The company's purpose is the management of assets, in particular through all stock exchange means (securities, shares, options, etc.). It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, and real estate transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
