The company's activity consists of managing and administering a common heritage of the partners and deploying the underlying activity in the businesses or companies in which the company (or one or more of its partners on behalf of the company) may have control or in which the company may invest or be active (or one or more of its partners on behalf of the company). This heritage may be invested in shares, bonds, partnerships, contributions (in capital or industry) to partnerships or other companies, advances, real estate or real estate companies or any other form of fund investment that appears judicious to the partners. The company will thus make all types of authorized contributions for itself and its partners, including in industry, in the businesses or companies in which it may have control or in which it may invest or be active, directly or indirectly, for itself and its partners. The company may designate within the circle of its partners, or outside, the persons who may hold the positions of administrators, partners (including equity), directors, or take charge of other tasks in the companies in which it is interested. In the absence of a decision or unanimous agreement on this point, it will be the equity partner or the managing partner of the company who will hold this position.
