The company's purpose is to acquire land for stable establishments exempt from authorization under the LFAIE in Switzerland with a view to developing, building and operating projects (including energy storage projects, photovoltaic solar projects and wind projects) in the field of renewable energies. It also has the purpose of holding investments in the energy sector in Switzerland and abroad, acquiring, financing and disposing of these investments as well as the acquired land, and carrying out any activity related to these investments. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and, in general, carry out any commercial, financial or other activity related to the company's purpose. The company may participate in financing through the group of affiliated companies, in particular by granting loans to its affiliated companies, or by granting guarantees or other securities of any kind for obligations owed by affiliated companies, even if these loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of direct or indirect shareholders or other affiliated companies and are granted without consideration.
