The purpose of the company, which belongs to the Russian Metalloinvest group (the "Group"), is to provide logistical services for the benefit of domestic and foreign group companies, such as chartering ships for the transportation of freight goods produced in group factories, transporting freight goods through Eastern European countries, concluding contracts for handling and loading costs with Russian and Baltic ports, as well as with ports on the Black Sea and the Far Eastern Sea, concluding contracts with various transport and forwarding companies and ports (outside the group) and reselling these services to group companies, procuring inspection services, cleaning freight goods and providing other brokerage and forwarding services for the Group's international sales; full description of purpose according to the articles of association.
