The company's purpose is the trade of aluminum, metal, copper, and all metals in general, as well as all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial, or industrial operations, both movable and immovable, participate in all enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, take stakes in other companies, acquire or create similar or related businesses, undertake all affairs, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate, and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE).
