The company's purpose is the planning and execution of all locksmithing and metal construction work, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial operations, both movable and immovable, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relation to its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
