The association aims to provide the following services in the context of mobbing: Prevention of mobbing: Promoting measures and projects aimed at preventing mobbing in schools and the workplace; Support for those affected: Providing support to individuals affected by mobbing through counseling, emotional support, and other suitable measures; Education and awareness: Conducting education and awareness campaigns to raise awareness of the effects of mobbing and create an environment characterized by respect and understanding; Research and development: Promoting research projects in the field of mobbing and developing and implementing effective anti-mobbing programs. The association is authorized to take all measures that directly or indirectly serve the purpose of the association. In particular, funds may be used for training, seminars, therapy offers, information events, and other suitable measures. The association does not pursue commercial purposes, is not profit-oriented, and is neutral in terms of denomination and politics.
