The company may also contract any loan from banking institutions for the acquisition and development of properties. Furthermore, it may carry out all commercial, financial or other operations that relate directly or indirectly to its purpose and promote its development. It may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies that have a direct or indirect connection to its purpose. It may also grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties.
