The company's purpose is to operate a real estate development business, carry out projects, construction and transformation of buildings and civil engineering works. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad or take over such companies, acquire, manage, sell, operate, rent properties and handle all kinds of business, directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or suitable for its promotion. All these activities will be carried out throughout Switzerland and abroad. In one way or another, the company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, create branches abroad or subsidiaries in Switzerland, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property operations (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, it being specified that any immovable property will be used exclusively for commercial purposes) and others.
