The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations and transactions, notably the acquisition, holding, administration, construction, management, rental and sale of real estate, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or related businesses, conduct all business and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
