The company's purpose is the development of application software, consulting in computer systems and software, the creation of computer software and internet applications, mail-order and internet sales of all types of goods or services, and more generally, all economic, legal, commercial, civil, financial, movable or immovable operations, in compliance with the LFAIE (Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, or any similar, related or complementary objects, or likely to promote its extension or development, both in Switzerland and abroad.
