The purpose of the company is: to acquire participations in any commercial, financial, industrial and real estate company, excluding unauthorized real estate participations under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may acquire and dispose of businesses, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any business in Switzerland and abroad that has a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire real estate, encumber it, manage it and dispose of it within the limits of the LFAIE, carry out all financing activities for its own account or for the account of third parties, grant guarantees and loans to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests. The company may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
