It may grant guarantees, make loans or advances to associates or third parties. It may also acquire, sell, rent, manage and build residential buildings, commercial and industrial premises, subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as all activities directly or indirectly related thereto.
