The company's purpose is to provide legal advice and representation in court before authorities that do not fall under Article 2, paragraph 1 of the Cantonal Law of February 6, 2001 on the profession of lawyer practicing law (LPAv-VS) or Article 2, paragraph 1 of the Federal Law of June 23, 2000 on the free movement of lawyers (LLCA), the publication and/or editing of works or studies in the field of law and the teaching of law. It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that are likely to promote the purpose and interest of the company. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies, grant loans or guarantees to its associates or to companies of the same group and conclude all contracts that are likely to develop or achieve its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it.
