The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, permanently manage, dispose of, and finance domestic and foreign participations. The company may take all measures and conduct all transactions suitable to promote or facilitate the achievement of the company's purpose. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and/or abroad, acquire, hold, encumber, and dispose of real estate or intellectual property rights in Switzerland and/or abroad, and conduct all commercial, financial, or other transactions directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, as well as to third parties, either for a fee or free of charge, and provide security for the obligations of such persons or group companies in any form, including guarantees, pledges, and fiduciary transfers of the company's assets. Additionally, the company may engage in or participate in liquidity equalization/net liquidity centralization (cash pooling), including periodic balance adjustments (balancing), with group companies, all without consideration, on preferential terms, interest-free, without the intention of making a profit for the company, and assuming clumping risks.
