To this end, the company carries out, directly or indirectly, all artisanal, commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote its realization. The company may, directly or indirectly, take an interest in all matters or enterprises in the real estate sector and take participations in Switzerland or abroad, except for actions prohibited by the LFAIE.
