It intends to achieve sustainable, climate-friendly, and architecturally valuable development through a contemporary interpretation of local building traditions. To achieve this purpose, it: Acquires building land and building rights. Builds and acquires single-family and multi-family homes that meet modern cooperative housing needs. Maintains and periodically renovates existing buildings with care. Constructs replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically viable manner. Utilizes funding instruments according to the federal housing promotion law and corresponding cantonal and communal laws. Rents apartments based on cost rent. Promotes cooperative activities in the settlements. Provides ideal and material support to efforts aimed at affordable, healthy, and good housing. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals. It can be a member of the Swiss Housing Cooperatives Association, the association of non-profit housing developers.
