The purpose of the association is to establish the Mall of Switzerland brand sustainably and to ensure Mall of Switzerland as a brand throughout its entire lifecycle. The purpose of the association is also to advise, decide and implement measures in the field of sales promotion and advertising that serve the interests of the association, the operators and Mall of Switzerland itself. The association shall not aim to make a profit. The right of individual members to conduct their own advertising remains unaffected.
