The company may also acquire and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, in Switzerland only in accordance with Swiss law. The company may also carry out any industrial, commercial, financial and real estate transaction aimed at pursuing the social purpose, may assume and alienate direct interests or participations in other companies or enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, having an analogous, related or connected object to its own.
