The company's purpose is the development, operation and management of an investment and crowdfunding platform; the creation, design, development, use, operation, consulting and marketing of investment, crowdfunding and software platforms on all media; the provision of all services, including brokerage, management, consulting, expertise and management, particularly in the real estate sector, as well as all other activities directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, excluding all activities subject to authorization, as well as excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may undertake the realization of all real estate transactions, including real estate promotion and management, the purchase, sale, rental, administration and development of all real estate, as well as the operation of a general construction company, on its own account or on behalf of third parties. The company may also, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, have subsidiaries, take participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. It may also grant loans or any other form of financing, and provide guarantees of all kinds, for the direct or indirect benefit of its associates, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets.
