The company's purpose is to initiate, carry out, develop and manage real estate projects, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may carry out any commercial and financial transaction, as well as any form of consulting, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may register branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in other entities. The company may grant loans or any other form of financing to companies of the same group, as well as provide any type of security, for the direct or indirect benefit of companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets.
