The foundation aims to provide financial contributions of any kind to the children of Anna Minder-Voser (deceased) and their descendants of all degrees (including adopted children and their spouses or life partners) to cover the costs of education (namely primary and vocational training, as well as further and additional education) and equipment. The foundation also aims to promote and facilitate their economic and professional advancement, and to provide financial support to the beneficiaries in old age, in case of illness, disability, involuntary unemployment, and in other situations of need or distress. Furthermore, the foundation can provide loans to beneficiaries at interest, without interest, or on preferential terms. The foundation can also participate in companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, encumber, sell, and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
