Furthermore, the company's purpose is to acquire and hold participations in companies from various economic sectors, including real estate, in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
