The company's purpose is the acquisition, administration, and management of shareholdings in all real estate, commercial, financial, industrial, and other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the LFAIE. It may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, or industrial operations, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire enterprises with similar purposes, merge with such enterprises, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing or achieving its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also grant guarantees or loans to shareholders or third parties if it is in the interest of the Company.
