The company's purpose is to manage and acquire participations in all commercial, financial, movable and immovable property companies in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the operation of restaurants and retail businesses; the rental of surfaces for catering, hospitality, retail trade and other commercial activities. It may sell, buy, promote real estate, manage and administer real estate within the limits of the LFAIE, in Switzerland and abroad. It may also repurchase and resell shares of other companies in Switzerland or abroad. It may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to this purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and, if it serves its interests, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties.
