The purpose of the sole proprietorship is the purchase, sale, trade, storage of goods and services in the field of kiosk, stationery and gift items, in particular the operation of a corresponding sales outlet and/or an internet shop and/or a delivery service, as well as the import and export of goods and the offering of activities in related fields. The sole proprietorship may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
