The company may acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, in Switzerland only those with exclusively commercial use. The company may acquire, operate, use and exercise all intellectual property rights, trademarks, models and/or designs, in any way. The company may provide management services to all companies affiliated with it. The Company may conclude and/or take advantage of financing of any kind for its own account or for the account of third parties and, in particular, credit or securities transactions (including the granting of privileges, assignments and transfers of ownership as security, guarantees, surety contracts, letters of intent, indemnification obligations and economic benefits associated with these transactions), for remuneration or free of charge, with, in favor of and/or in relation to the commitments of direct or indirect partners, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, even if these financing, credit or coverage transactions are in the exclusive interest of direct or indirect partners and/or affiliated companies. The Company may borrow funds in any way to achieve the above purpose. In addition, the Company may provide administrative services to industrial and commercial companies and establish branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose.
