The company may, in Switzerland and abroad: carry out all activities, including commercial, financial, securities and real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose; enter into and grant loans; provide guarantees of any kind, also in favor of third parties; acquire, alienate, hold, lease and manage real estate intended for business establishments within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE; establish branches and subsidiaries.
