The company's purpose is to acquire interests in the capital of listed or unlisted companies active in the fields of environment and sustainable development, with the exception of transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; ancillary activities necessary for the management of these interests. To achieve this purpose, the company may, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, industrial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, or that are likely to facilitate its realization and expansion. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose.
