The foundation aims to promote animal welfare and protection, as well as the conservation of animal habitats. The intended beneficiaries must have their registered office or domicile in the cantons of St. Gallen, Thurgau, Zurich, Grisons, Schaffhausen, Glarus, Appenzell Ausserrhoden or Appenzell Innerrhoden. Contributions to beneficiaries with their registered office or domicile outside these cantons may be made exceptionally if they are used for projects in the cantons of St. Gallen, Thurgau, Zurich, Grisons, Schaffhausen, Glarus, Appenzell Ausserrhoden or Appenzell Innerrhoden. The foundation is a non-profit organization and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
