The company may also acquire and hold participations, participate in any companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, or likely to develop it. It may establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and take an interest in any related or similar businesses that may develop its purpose. The company may also subscribe to all acts of intercession in favor of a shareholder or third parties (natural or legal persons), in particular in the form of loans, pledges, guarantees or others, if it serves its interests.
